Novameta - 2nd in Lithuania among furniture manufacturing companies in terms of salary!
Companies that do not mass-produce furniture but develop more sophisticated, higher value-added products pay higher salaries to professionals. Novameta stands in second place among them in the country.
"We are closely monitoring the sector and want to be the best employer, have the best employees applied to the highest position," explains Mindaugas Jonuškis, CEO of Novameta.
"Still, even with a salary higher than the industry average, finding a good employee is difficult. We do a lot to attract them, starting with advertising and more paid days off and ending with air-conditioned manufacturing premises in summer," says Jonuškis.
