Nielz - cozy restaurant with approximately 190 seats in the center of Almelo, Netherlands. The owner of the restaurant is a respected entrepreneur in the Dutch hospitality sector who understands the value of using the professional kitchen equipment. 

The brief asked to provide a solution that could enable the operators to work more efficiently.

Novameta in conjunction with dealer partner in Netherlands revised kitchen layout and offered most effective customized solutions.

Project capacity was medium, but Novameta had the challenge to customize most of the products in need. The kitchen area was updated with dishwashing tables, different type of modular tables and trolleys.

The client was satisfied with the new desing of the kithcen and the quality of installed products.
He was also particularly impressed by the level of service he was provided by dealer and Novameta.
